Biography

Prof. (Dr) Usha Ukande, RNRM, PhD (N) is Professor and Principal, Choithram College of Nursing Indore, India. She did post doctorate on “Perceptions and experiences of Late Motherhood” in collaboration with Karolinska Institute, Sweden. She has around 45 years of professional experience on nursing practice, academic, research and administration. She is recipient of various awards and honor like, Gold Medal in academics & Hall of Fame by NHSI. She is credited with starting nursing education programs UG, PG and PhD at Choithram College of Nursing, Indore, India. She has published 45 scientific papers, presented nearly 50 scientific papers in national and international conferences.
